ABOUT US

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

We are a group of people who have joined together in South East London, who are interested in harvesting local fruit trees for eating, preserving and re-distributing back into the local community.

We work with a local community project where workshop are run to make and share preserving methods, including, (but not limited to) Jam making, Chutney & Relish making, pickles & other preserving methods.

We have harvested trees in SE23, SE26, SE4, SE5, SE6, SE13, SE14, SE15, SE19 SE20 & some BR/CR postcodes, but are always on the lookour for tree ans volunteers in new unexplored areas..

If you are interested in joining us or live locally and have a tree that you need some help harvesting, please contact Vera at: SEplentyFREE@gmail.com for more information.

We are now also on the ABUNDANCE NETWORK Click the link to check us out!

Specialist equipment not always necessary for harvesting, sometimes a bag and willing hands are enough.

GETTING INVOLVED
Come harvesting with us - volunteers get to take some of the produce- so you get free local (uncertified) organic fruit, as well as having fun and meeting like-minded people.
Come to the workshops - dates & locations varies, check the website or email for more details. Private workshops available.
Buy some SEplentyFREE produce - Fruit - seasonally available, as well as a selection of jams, chutneys and syrups.
Spread the word - If you have fruit trees that you have noticed in your area, and would like to leaflet them - (perhaps not for harvesting this year) - but ready for next years harvest - I can either add the address info to a leafleting list I am currently compiling, or I can supply you with some leaflets and you can leaflet the said address.
